O funcionamento da escola e a atuação do psicólogo: o projeto político pedagógico como mediador dessa relação / The operation of the school and the acting of the psychologist: the pedagogical political project as the mediator of this relationship

O Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) de uma escola constrói-se a partir da reflexão sobre as suas finalidades, bem como explana o seu papel social e define caminhos e ações a serem compreendidos na dinâmica escolar. Reunindo crenças, conhecimentos sobre o contexto social e científico, o PPP constitui-se como um compromisso pedagógico e político para com a sociedade. O presente estudo objetiva refletir sobre o papel do PPP na construção do campo de atuação da Psicologia Escolar, denotando a mediação necessária entre a proposta pedagógica da escola e atuação do Psicólogo. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, decorrente de um trabalho realizado na disciplina Psicologia Escolar/Educacional II, que consistiu em visita e entrevistas em uma escola estadual de educação para surdos, localizada na cidade de Fortaleza/CE. A metodologia de perspectiva qualitativa pautou-se em revisão bibliográfica, observação da escola e entrevista com alguns profissionais da instituição. Foi possível compreender as formas que a educação especial potencializa o desenvolvimento de alunos com surdez, assim como avaliar a relevância da Psicologia Escolar nesse contexto. Tal experiência apresentou-se como uma oportunidade de refletir sobre a relação entre a psicologia e a educação, analisando os padrões educacionais vigentes, possibilitando outro olhar crítico sobre eles.

The Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of a school is built based on the reflection about its finalities, as well as it explains the social role and it defines the paths and actions to be comprehended in the school dynamics. Gathering religions and knowledges about the user community even as the scientific and social context, the PPP constitutes as a pedagogical and political compromise with the society. The current study objectives to reflect about the PPP's role of constructing an operation field of the Educational Psychology, denoting a needed mediation between the school's pedagogical purpose and the psychologist's work. It consists in an experience report from an academic work during the Scholastic/Education Psychology II course. All work was based on visits and interviewers in a public school, specialized in education for deaf students, located in Fortaleza, Ceará. The methodology of qualitative perspective consists in literature review, school observation and interviews with school's employees. Then it was possible to comprehend the ways that the special education enhances the deaf students' development and the Education Psychology's relevance. This experience showed as an opportunity of reflecting about the relationship between psychology and education by analyzing a way of criticizing the current education standards.

A experiência de extensão no Cine Freud, cultura e arte / The experience of extension in Cine Freud, culture and art

O presente trabalho se propõe a apresentar os objetivos gerais do projeto de extensão Cine Freud, Cultura e Arte, assim como algumas reflexões que foram possíveis após nove anos de existência. O projeto visa promover a interlocução entre Arte, Psicanálise e o campo dos Estudos Culturais. Propõe a construção de dispositivos de formação discente que permitam problematizar os fenômenos subjetivos implicados na experiência contemporânea, considerando a diversidade cultural como constitutiva desta experiência. Nesta direção, faz-se fundamental o incentivo e a difusão de obras artísticas e culturais, no sentido de contribuir para a formação artística e crítica dos estudantes e da comunidade em geral, proporcionando o debate, o desenvolvimento do senso crítico e a sensibilização desses sujeitos para com processos afetivos advindos dos mecanismos subjetivos desencadeados pela arte. A problematização do objetivo do projeto considera a participação do seu público-alvo. A partir do levantamento de problemáticas levantadas nos debates realizados no âmbito do projeto, foram apresentadas as linhas gerais que moveram sua discussão e que evidenciam polêmicas importantes no que diz respeito à experiência contemporânea: a desmistificação de alguns aspectos da problemática das perversões e das psicoses e sua relação com as concepções correntes sobre as perversões e a loucura.

This article aims to present the general objectives of the extension project Cine Freud, Culture and Art, as well as to bring some reflexions about the project in its nine years of existence. Cine Freud aims to promote dialogue between art, psychoanalysis and the field of Cultural Studies. It proposes the construction of student training devices which question the subjective phenomena involved in contemporary experience, considering cultural diversity as constitutive of this experience. In this direction, it is crucial the encouragement and dissemination of artistic and cultural works, in order to contribute to the artistic and critical training of students and the community providing the debate, the development of critical thinking and awareness of these subjects towards affective processes arising from subjective mechanisms triggered by art. The questioning of the project's objective considers the participation of its target audience. From the issues raised in the debates after the exhibition of the movies, they were presented the general lines that moved the discussion and polemics considered important in regard to contemporary experience, for example, the demystification of some aspects of the problem of the perversions and psychoses and its relation to current thinking about the perversions and madness.
